SK Dazzle is responsible and guarantee a refund for cases where:
Items we delivered to you contain a visible flaw;
Items which were damaged upon delivery or are defective or incorrect.
Items which are substitutes for items originally ordered which we were unable to supply.
You are responsible for keeping such items safe and taking reasonable care of them until such items are returned to us.
SK Dazzle is not responsible and does not guarantee a refund for cases where:
Items have already been shipped and received by the recipient;
Items are delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender;
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender;
Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender;
Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
In case any product received by you is in a damaged or defective condition, you should report the same to SK Dazzle within 24 hours of such delivery.
SK Dazzle will, in its sole discretion, either deliver to you the new product or refund to you the amount in relation to such product. Once SK Dazzle initiates a refund, it will take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, provided that you comply with the Terms and Conditions.
